SPECIAL AUTISM FOCUS
In 2011, doctors will diagnose more children with an autism spectrum disorder than with childhood cancer, juvenile diabetes and pediatric AIDS combined. On Thursday, April 7, CPT12 will present a special night of programming focused on autism. At 7pm, DECODING AUTISM takes a look at this devastating neurodevelopmental disorder that leaves families heartbroken, vulnerable and desperate for answers. At 8pm, AUTISM: COMING OF AGE provides an inside look at the lives of three adults with autism. At 9pm, CPT2 presents a special encore of AUTISTIC-LIKE: GRAHAM'S STORY, which follows one dad's determined search to find the right treatments, the right doctors, even the right words to describe his "autistic-like" son. For more details and schedule visit CPT12's website relative to this programming at http://www.cpt12.org/tv_schedule/primetime_schedules.cfm#%26channel_sele...
